Dave & Kat had a perfect day for their UBC Golf Club wedding.

Shine Hair Studio & Sara Mushansky did the gorgeous hair and makeup and the lovely Denise from Halfyard Designs did flowers and decor to name a few of the helping hands. Tracey rounded out the Blue Olive team as our second shooter.

Cheers!

Love this shot - the first look!

Sybel & Alfred’s wedding was oh so stunning. With the ceremony at Canadian Memorial Church followed by their Sutton Place reception, it couldn’t be anything but! Their urban photo session and tea ceremony filled out the afternoon before the reception got underway. Here are a few of our favourite shots -

Makeup by Michelle Wong, Flowers by Amy Koo, rentals from Proline Trading, and candy from the ever-so-awesome Candy Kitchen on Granville island. Kudos as well to Amish for second shooting!

There is little that I love more than bright, bold colour - and Dee & Chris’ wedding at Mayfair Lakes had plenty to spare. From the outfits to the blue sky to the super fun car details of the reception - the day was full of colour!

The photo session took a cool twist with an abandoned building nearby that made for some great images. Love it!

Hasna Mehndi, Pamper Me Pretty and Surdel Party Rentals were just a few of the vendors who came together, topped off by the cake maker - the Bride! Yup, Dee made her own (totally fantastic) cake! Tracey joined the team once again to second shoot.

I’m definitely looking forward to designing the album for this one! Chat soon, guys!

Pam & Dave chose St. Patrick’s Parish and the Law Courts Inn Restaurant for their wedding day. Full of laughter and with a huge nod to their Filipino culture (such as their surprise traditional dance!), the whole day was a lot of fun for everyone there.

The photo session took on an urban look with Gastown locations and a super good looking bridal party ;)

Enjoy the photos guys - chat soon!

False Creek Flowers, A Unique boutique, and Anna’s Cake House all played a huge part alongside my favourite detail of the day - Marble Slab Creamery was on site for wedding day ice cream treats! Jeanie also joined in under the Blue Olive hat to second shoot.

Cheers!

And yup - now that the new blog is live, we’ll be working like crazy on getting all of the weddings and sessions up that have been patiently waiting for the changes! Cheers!
