Tag Archives: Stanley ParkI adore the intimacy of the simplest weddings, and this was one of those. A handful of their closest friends and family and a few chairs overlooking the water at Stanley Park’s Ferguson Point set the backdrop for Iryna & Gareth’s wedding. After the ceremony we wandered down to the beach and finally to the get away car for a set of smoking hot images that I adore!
      I am such a fan of gorgeous evening light, and this beach session is the perfect example! Jen & Brett are simply so completely comfortable and natural with eachother that it made them so perfectly easy to photograph. Love the love. Enjoy!
Amy and Rob chose Stanley Park’s Ferguson Point and Sequoia Grill as their wedding locations of choice. Simple, small, and perfect! Divine Vines complemented the day with their gorgeous flowers.
Later this month we’ll be heading to the top of the world – well, the top of Grouse Mountain anyway – to celebrate the marriage of Alexa & Gary! I can’t wait to join them for a mountain top view of Vancouver as they tie the knot. We headed out to Stanley Park for their engagement photos. Here are a couple of our favs!
Tara and Eddie tied the knot on Sunday at the Celebration Pavilion in Queen E Park. After, we headed to the beach at Stanley Park for some pictures before arriving at the Heritage Hall for the reception. A quick walk around the block and into the alleys with the newlyweds completed our photo session that day! We had such a great time with them and their bridal party, and the reception was full of touching speeches, lots of laughter and dancing, and the warmth of so many friends and family. Congrats again to you both! On Saturday Jose & Kristin tied the knot above the city in the garden terrace of the Coast Plaza Hotel in downtown Vancouver. The sun beat down and the bubbles flew, and after they enjoyed champagne with their guests we headed out to play in the sun in the hidden nooks and crannies of Stanley Park. Congratulations, Jose & Kristin, we hope you have an amazing time in Columbia and we’ll see you when you get back! I love this shot – Kristin getting into her dress

On Saturday we photographed the 14 hour marathon wedding of Roger and Janette! We started first thing in the morning for the getting ready and spent the day with them as they got married, enjoyed two tea ceremonies, headed out for photos with us, and finally as they danced the night away at their reception! Leo & Jeff made the treck up to Vancouver from their home in San Francisco with two of their closest friends to tie the knot last month. Everything was simply perfect from the view they had for their intimate ceremony to the bubbly and appies on the lawn at the Sequoia where they toasted their commitment to eachother.
