Ivy & Ryan’s Terminal City Club Wedding
When Ivy & Ryan rattled off the names of 3 previous super fun couples of ours as people they knew, it was no question that they were going to be fabulously fun to work with, too!
Terminal City Club served as their venue of choice and ended up being the perfect backdrop to a great day. From the rooftop ceremony through to the reception, every detail was perfect.

Congrats again to you both!
Shouts out to the fabulous Tracey for second shooting!
Anya & Hussein’s West Vancouver Wedding
Anya & Hussein chose the gorgeous home of Anya’s parents in West Vancouver to celebrate their wedding day. Now living in Ontario, they flew back for a whirlwind of last minute plans and family and friends.
Their garden party celebration was blessed by gorgeous sunshine and lots of laughs. The focus was definitely on capturing images of the happy couple and those there to celebrate with them, so here’s just a peak at their day.

Congrats to you both!
A HUGE shout out to CJ who came over from the island to wear the Blue Olive hat for the day. Hayley Miller did her magic as always with makeup, with flowers by West Van Florist and cake by Thea Wilgress.
Ben & Ange’s Kirin Wedding
Ben and Angela chose Kirin Seafood Restaurant in Richmond as the reception venue for their wedding earlier this month. Their day was a whirlwind of tea ceremonies, outfit changes, and family and friends.
Iona beach (complete with a visit by the authorities) and the Granville St. bridge served as the perfect locations for photos that day
Here are the highlights!

Thanks goes to Jeanie for second shooting! Congrats, Ben & Ange, we’ll be in touch soon!
Joanne & Chris’ Sutton Place Wedding
Joanne and Chris chose Canada day for their celebration! With everyone flying in from all over the globe – including the bride and groom themselves – the celebrating and get togethers lasted the entire week.
Married!

Joanne, Chris, and their bridal party on the streets of downtown Vancouver

When planning her wedding, Joanne told me she wanted it to be classy and elegant with a sense of timelessness. These images of her couldn’t be described any other way!

Some of the incredible decor

The cake was made by Chris’ aunt from England. Incredible!

The First Dance

And I love this shot of the father daughter dance, as well

What a gorgeous couple, and gorgeous wedding! Many people came together to make it happen including Erin from Fuego events, Kathy and Steph from Marliss Productions for the videography, the team from Oasis Flowers, and Jeanie joined us as a second shooter to name just a few.
Congrats congrats to you both! The engagement session is also due to hit the blog in a monster update soon, so these two will be back on these pages shortly.
Cheers!
Vicky & Dave’s Morgan Creek Wedding
Vicky and Dave were married June 21st at Morgan Creek. With such a warm and playful personality it was no surprise that Vicky kept the largest smile on her face the entire day! You could just feel her joy and couldn’t help but smile yourself just looking at her.
One of the things that really made this wedding – like so many others – was the warmth and obvious love of the friends and family that surrounded Vicky and Dave. The couple photos and details often take the spotlight when it comes to figuring out which images to highlight, so we wanted to take a step away from that for this post and share some of the caught moments that we spend a lot of time looking for at each wedding. The portraits and details are ever so important, but it’s images like these that will be especially cherished for many years to come.
